As Founder and CEO of Avian Component Solutions, Ian is a dedicated member of the aviation community with more than 20 years of aviation finance experience. Having worked with some of the industry's top talent at GECAS (GE Capital Aviation Services), SH&E Aviation Consulting, Brigade Capital and Waypoint Leasing, he has built his career at some of the most respected and innovative organizations in aviation. Ian leverages this broad base of personal and professional experience as well as his lifelong passion for the industry to deliver to Avian's clients the kind of insightful, analytically rigorous and honest solutions that colleagues deserve.

Avian Component Solutions has partnered with a major financing provider who is dedicated to building and growing this aviation platform. The capital provider, as financing partner, and Avian, as operating partner, have formed a joint venture to transact in the aerospace industry.
Avian's New York based partner is a global alternative investment asset manager with approximately USD$20 billion of assets under management. The firm has extensive experience in both the aviation sector and in hard asset and bespoke investments. The investment team has committed capital and the ability to deploy it quickly to provide creative and flexible solutions to its clients.
